Off to a flying start in the sprints.
Blankets and sleeping bags were the only escape from the cold winds.
Nice to see Anthony working hard too!
Great start by our under 7 girls against the wind in their 300m race. Congratulations to Georgia who came third.
Luckily some of the long jumps were with the wind.
Final events of the day, the 800m run. Getting off to a great start,
but it was tough running up the back
straight with the strong head wind. A strong finish by everyone, being
cheered by our support crew.
